What to Expect

We understand you clients may have concerns regarding the painting process. We want you to know exactly what to expect from us when it comes to your painting project.

1. An Accurate Quote

Every project starts with an on-site quote. Our estimator will meet the client to go over any work that needs to be done. The client can expect a quote via email within a few working days of the site visit. We will work with the client to modify the scope of work and come up with a quote that fits the client’s budget and needs. As long as the scope of work does not change, the final invoice will match the quote exactly, no extra charges or fees.

2. A Throrough Prep

We make sure to protect any surfaces that are not to be painted. The client’s floors, furniture and fixtures will be covered with plastic sheets. Corners and edges will be taped. We then scrape, sand, caulk, and seal any imperfections to insure a smooth finish.

3. Colour Selection Advice

We understand that the colours chosen will be in your home for years to come. Colour selection is a very important part of the process, so we have paired with an interior designer to provide free colour consultation services.

4. Smooth Painting Experience

Our team of experienced painters use the proper techniques with the best products to ensure your paint job will last.

5. Walk Through & Touch Ups

We want our clients to be 100% satisfied with our work. Matt, the owner will schedule a walk through with the client to make sure there are no deficiencies.
