Got a referral from a friend to chat with Matt from A&O to see if the company could do a rush job of ripping out old carpeting and installing laminate flooring in a bedroom that needed to be set up for my elderly father who was being transferred from hospital back home with only a few days notice.  The required hospital equipment couldn’t be used on carpeting.  I was amazed how quickly Matt connected me with Alex and he in turn assured me he and his crew could finish the job in time - not an easy feat when it was during the Xmas holidays! Materials were picked up one day and the next day the crew came in to do the work.  In about 3 hours they were done and left the room clean and tidy and looking fantastic. I didn't end up hiring Alpha & Omega but I wanted to write a review of my great experience through their quote process. Matt was super easy to deal with, gave a great detailed quote, and was super pleasant.
